This notice applies to the QovaFit mobile application (iOS and Android), this website (qovafit.com and related domains), and all associated content, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software made available by the operator of QovaFit (“we”, “us”, “our”), unless otherwise stated.

We own or license the intellectual property in QovaFit and this site. That includes application source code, user interface design, branding, challenge and tracking features, curated exercise and meal content, documentation, and marketing materials. Except for rights expressly granted to you in our Terms of Service, no ownership interest is transferred to you by downloading, installing, or using the app.

QovaFit, the QovaFit logo, Qova Fit, and related brand elements are trademarks or trade dress of their respective owner. You may not use our trademarks in connection with any product or service without prior written permission, except as allowed by applicable law (for example, fair reference to identify the app). All other trademarks appearing in the Service are the property of their respective owners.

You may use QovaFit and this website only for personal, non-commercial purposes described in our Terms of Service. Without our prior written consent, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the app or site, except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to do so.

QovaFit is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play (and may be made available on other platforms). Your download and use of the app are also subject to the applicable store terms and policies. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service or its content; they are third-party beneficiaries of relevant license terms where required by those platforms.

The Service may integrate with third-party systems such as Apple Health (HealthKit) on iOS, cloud hosting, push notification services, and analytics or crash reporting tools. On Android, step counts use the device pedometer (Activity Recognition) only; QovaFit does not access or store data from Google Health, Google Fit, or Health Connect. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not claim ownership of your data stored in third-party health or platform accounts.

Some images, exercise descriptions, recipes, or other materials in QovaFit may be licensed from third parties or used under open licenses. Such content remains the property of the respective licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Where attribution is required, we provide it in the app or in documentation.

You retain ownership of content you submit (for example community posts and comments). By posting, you grant us the license described in our Terms of Service so we can operate QovaFit. We may remove content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates our policies.

QovaFit may include open source software components. Those components are licensed under their respective open source licenses, which may grant you additional rights to the component code only. Nothing in this Copyright notice limits your rights under those licenses for the covered components.

If you believe material on QovaFit or this website infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@qovafit.com with: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and where it appears; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act; and (6) your physical or electronic signature. We may remove or disable access to material alleged to be infringing and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted. Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of your account and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property and computer misuse laws.

This Copyright notice supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, the Terms govern your use of the Service; the Privacy Policy governs personal data.
